Вече повече от 10 години “Студентски живот” си партнира успешно с Global Leadership Partners, като всяка година организира семинари с лектори на висока позиция в бизнеса. Темите са ориентирани около лидерството, предпиемачеството, работа в екип, кариерно ориентиране, онлайн инвестиции и др.

– Сесия №1: “Идентичността на лидера”
Участниците се насърчават да обмислят задълбочено своето определение за успех (т.е. цел в живота). В края лекторите споделят примери за “лична мисия”, а на участниците се дава време да започнат да пишат своята собствена. Те ще бъдат насърчени да изпълнят тази задача скоро след сесията, за да потвърдят своята дефиниция за успех и да установят основа за това „кои са те“ като лидери.

– Сесия №2: „Ключови поведения на лидера №1“
Този модул дефинира „Какво правиш“ като лидер, използвайки собствен модел: Дайте визия („Визионерът“); Ангажирайте други („Сътрудникът“); Активирайте страстта („Вдъхновителят“); Развийте способности („Строителят“); Изпълнявайте с превъзходство („Изпълнителят“); Повторете успеха („Поддържателят“). Този първи сегмент се фокусира върху първите две поведения. Лекторите споделят реални примери и илюстрации, за да помогнат на участниците да приложат знанията си на практика.
– Сесия №3: “Ключови поведения на лидера №2”
Този втори сегмент обяснява останалите четири лидерски поведения: Активирайте страст, развийте способности, изпълнявайте с отлични постижения и репликирайте успех. Още веднъж лекторите споделят реални примери и илюстрации, за да помогнат на участниците да приложат знанията си на практика.

– Сесия №4 “Вдъхновяващо лидерство”.
Този модул изследва тема, често пренебрегвана в нашия забързан свят – как наистина да вдъхновяваме другите. Вдъхновението включва „наука“ и „изкуство“ и тази сесия обяснява и двете. Започва с ключовия въпрос „Вдъхновени ли сте?“ което е от решаващо значение, тъй като лидерите не могат да вдъхновяват другите извън своето собствено ниво на вдъхновение. След като споделят мощен модел и свързани съвети/прозрения, лекторите провеждат забавно и силно интерактивно упражнение, при което участниците практикуват това, което са научили.

За лекторите:

1. Dave Murphy – Financial Services Executive, Leadership Lecturer, Writer.
Dave serves on the Board of Global Leadership Partners, a non-profit which provides world-class leadership training internationally. GLP’s mission is to equip aspiring leaders via training which promotes a values-based, purpose-driven approach to leadership. Dave joined Global Leadership Partners in 2018 as Vice President, Team Leader and Speaker.

Dave formerly served as a Senior Executive in the Financial Services Industry. During his 38-year career, he held positions in Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Product Development, Recruiting, Management and Strategic Planning. In his final role at Sammons Financial Group, Dave served as Vice President, National Accounts. Dave has authored multiple articles for financial services publications.

Dave earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, USA.

Dave and his wife Di have been married since 1981 and have three grown, married children and four grandchildren. His interests include mentoring, kayaking, hiking, reading, and serving others.

2. Wendell Peck – Teacher, Facilitator, Coach, Speaker.
Wendell is the owner at Absolute Traction, a company that since 2007 has taught a business management methodology known as EOS, The Entrepreneurial Operating System. He teaches, facilitates, and coaches private business owners and their senior leaders about vision, discipline and accountability, leadership, and team health.

Wendell formerly was a Vice President in both the Consulting and Private Client Groups at RBC Wealth Management. In his 20-year career, he specialized in portfolio design, risk management, and legacy planning. He also traveled the US teaching financial advisors about organizational development, practice management, and portfolio design strategies.

Growing up, Wendell had a unique and very challenging childhood and early-adult life that prevented him from receiving an advanced education. He persevered, and through self-teaching, transformed himself into a successful entrepreneur, businessman, speaker, teacher, and coach.

His interests include: Golf, hiking, biking, skiing, fly fishing, travel, reading, billiards, giving … and ice cream (any flavor, at any time).

Matthew Bunney – Museum Director, Global Markets Consultant, Lecturer.
Matthew is the Deputy Director of Guangzhou Oriental Museum, a premier comprehensive Chinese history and fine art museum which strives to collect, research, and promote Chinese life, culture, and wisdom and to offer a positive learning environment for future generations. In his role as international research director, he has traveled across 6 continents researching Chinese porcelain and
lecturing at universities and academic institutions.
He spearheaded the museum’s investment strategy portfolio and acts as a Global Markets Consultant for Wiser Investments. On its behalf, he has traveled to multiple countries contributing first-hand commodities research for utilization in stock, futures, and options investment, providing his team with insights for client portfolio growth.
Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University. He completed a Certificate of Chinese Language Studies at Shandong Finance University in Shandong, China, and is fluent in Mandarin
Chinese.
He has been married to Annabelle since 2009, and they have two children: Jora (2011) and Micah (2014). His interests include history, travel, and sports. Though born in the USA and married in Australia, he and his family call China home.
